Cleaning frequency should be based on occupancy, staff numbers and room types, not square metres alone.
Square metres do not decide frequency on their own
Two offices of the same size can need very different cleaning input. Staff numbers, hybrid work, visitor traffic, entrances, kitchens, washrooms and flooring all affect workload.
Give different areas different rhythms
Not every room needs the same frequency. Washrooms and kitchens may require daily or several-times-weekly attention while a lightly used meeting room can be serviced less often.
Start with a scope and review it
The first schedule is a starting point, not a permanent truth. After a few weeks, review where soil builds up and where the service is over-dimensioned.
